I filmed Prepare My Body throughout my second pregnancy at a time when I was suffering from pelvic girdle pain. Oh my goodness I was in pain.
The only thing that helped me was yoga.
It was lucky (for me) that I was in the process of filming a pregnancy yoga class for every week of my pregnancy. By combining my expertise as a prenatal yoga teacher and my love for a sun salutation, I created a programme for other mums to be while simultaneously easing my pelvic girdle pain! Talk about bish bash bosh.
This programme takes you from week 13 to 40; you can join at any time to take part in pregnancy-safe exercises – practising alongside another pregnant mum-to-be who gets how you feel and what you need to nourish your body in a way which feels good to you.
